About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional with a strong commercial mentality to join our team. As an entrepreneur at heart, you will be dedicated to our mission and passionate about bringing in, listening to, and understanding the needs of our leads, with the ultimate goal of closing deals and turning leads into paying customers.

As a crucial part of our commercial team, you will be responsible for executing our sales opportunities, which includes exploring and executing the sales funnel, qualifying leads by asking the right questions to determine if they fit our desired customer profile, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in new markets. You will also be performing market analysis and research, as well as developing customer-relevant demo- and presentation material. Your ability to build strong relationships with potential customers and understand their needs will be essential to the success of the company.

Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, you will play a key role in developing our sales processes and ensuring that lead generation leads to successful sales outcomes.

As an Enterprise Sales Professional - Germany you will play a critical role in the success of the company and the realization of our mission to provide sustainable technology solutions to the agri-food industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, leveraging your existing network and identifying new business opportunities.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new markets, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth for the company.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the agri-food industry, staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and applying this knowledge to create value for our customers and the industry as a whole.

We believe you have

We believe you have/are:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. A proven experience within commercial enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals. Preferably in the tech- or sustainability industry.
3. Business acumen, with a deep understanding of how enterprise customers operate and make purchasing decisions.
4. Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
   1. Preferably in the agrifood business and with the gravitas to sustainability solutions.
5. A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value that exceeds their expectations. Including Analytical and research skills and account planning.
6. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure successful sales relevancy.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to continuously learn and improve their skills and knowledge.
8. Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills as a plus.
