As our Sales Development Representative, you will join the sales team as one of the founding team members to be based from our first US office, based in Miami. As part of Sales Development team you will be at the pulse of Monta's growth in the US.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively outbound prospect through cold-calling and messaging, ensuring qualified leads and inquiries.
- Strategize alongside Account Executives to penetrate outbound prospects and accounts effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, offering insights on lead quality through our internal systems.
- Elevate yourself as the Monta product suite expert.
- Utilize tools like Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to fortify your sales capability and business portfolio.
- Analyze metrics to make informed decisions.
- Achieve set quotas by devising and executing strategic outbound plans.
